VIP Staffing is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Business Development Representative to join a growing and successful organization in Albuquerque. This role offers the chance to own the entire sales process, from prospecting and site evaluations to estimating, proposal development, closing, and project handoff.

What You Can Earn:

$70,000 Base Salary

3% Uncapped Commission

Typical Earnings:

$100,000+ at $1M in annual sales
$130,000+ at $2M in annual sales
$160,000+ at $3M in annual sales

The more you sell, the more you earn. There is no cap on your success.

What You'll Be Doing: Business Development & Sales

Develop new business opportunities throughout the Albuquerque and New Mexico market
Build relationships with commercial contractors, property managers, municipalities, schools, and government agencies
Follow up on inbound leads while actively prospecting for new accounts
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities

Project Evaluation & Estimating

Conduct on-site evaluations and measure project requirements
Prepare material takeoffs and labor estimates
Develop accurate, competitive proposals
Present and negotiate contracts and pricing

Relationship Management

Build long-term partnerships with clients
Become a trusted advisor and resource for customers
Generate repeat business and referrals
Ensure a smooth transition from sale to project completion

Experience We'd Love to See:

Construction Sales

Building Materials Sales

Commercial Construction

Construction Estimating

Outside Sales

Government or Municipal Accounts

Specialty Contracting

Fence industry experience is a plus, but not required. We will teach the product.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

Proven success in sales or business development

Confidence in learning estimating and project costing

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities

Comfortable meeting clients on-site and assessing project needs

Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Valid Driver's License with a good driving record

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
