Front Desk Representative

Work Mode: Onsite
Shift or Schedule Requirements: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; flexible hours with required staffing from 9 AM-3 PMResponsibilities:

• Provide effective and efficient handling of onsite walk-ins from company members, providers, and colleagues
• Ensure a positive experience for all members in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere
• Greet members and troubleshoot inquiries
• Answer phone calls
• Perform general administration tasks

Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service experience required

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in standard computer processing
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
