- Robocopy (support, and perform task)
- Adding securing Permissions (mostly in Relativity and shared drive:)
- System admin-Relativity
- Troubleshooting
- General care and feeding
- Correct Errors

- Generate Template
- Set up complex security and permissions on cases
- Perform Monthly Relativity patch testing
- Perform Hot fixes
- Upgrades (spec servers for new environment, configure operating system, install Relativity)
- eDiscovery

- Consulting/counseling to teams and Case Manager
- Data and review implications
- Annual trainings for Professional Development Office on EDRM and Lit Support

- Pre meet and with other side
- Review of stips (case specific)
- Updating and rewriting of template
- Cell phones and other new technologies (processing and data from cell phones, Teams Chats and Text messages) including deduplication and threading.
- Case work
- Set up databases
