Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and technically minded Technology Resilience Project Coordinator to support the continued growth and execution of the Technology Resilience program.
This role is ideal for a professional with a background in technical operations, infrastructure, cloud, disaster recovery, production support, application support, or project management.
The successful candidate will coordinate initiatives across multiple technology teams, participate in technical discussions, understand recovery challenges, and translate technical information into meaningful reports and executive communications.
This position will help improve operational maturity, coordinate recovery testing, support incident follow-up activities, and develop executive-level presentations and reporting for senior management.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Resilience Program Support

• Coordinate technology resilience, disaster recovery, and recovery testing initiatives across infrastructure, application, database, cloud, and platform teams.
• Track program milestones, deliverables, action items, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist with recovery testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, documentation, operational processes, and program effectiveness.
• Support strategic resilience initiatives and special projects.

Technical Coordination and Analysis

• Participate in technical meetings with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, network, storage, cybersecurity, and operational support teams.
• Understand technical discussions and identify key risks, issues, dependencies, and required actions.
• Coordinate follow-up activities across technology teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting discussions and recovery planning.
• Support analysis of recovery gaps, outage trends, and resilience risks.

Incident and Problem Management

• Participate in major incident reviews and post-incident analyses.
• Coordinate with support teams to track root cause investigations and remediation efforts.
• Follow issues through resolution and ensure accountability for action items.
• Document lessons learned and identify resilience improvement opportunities.

Executive Reporting and Communications

• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations covering disaster recovery tests, technology resilience initiatives, incident reviews, and management updates.
• Translate technical information into concise, business-focused communications.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management presentations.
• Prepare materials for leadership committees and governance forums.

Process Improvement and Organizational Effectiveness

• Improve tracking, reporting, documentation, and execution across the Technology Resilience program.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and process simplification.
• Support the implementation of new processes and tools.
• Help establish a scalable and repeatable operating model.

ServiceNow and Reporting

• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow reporting and dashboard capabilities.
• Help develop operational metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and resilience reports.
• Support workflow improvements and process automation within ServiceNow.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments.
• Ability to understand technical discussions involving:

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting.
