No soldering experience? No problem! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on training in electronics manufacturing, soldering, quality inspection, and production processes.
If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills, we want to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing - Learn and perform assembly, soldering, calibration, and operation of production equipment.
- Assist with setup and testing of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot basic production issues and help maintain smooth operations.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Use specialized equipment including soldering irons, microscopes, wire handling tools, laser cutters, and precision measuring devices.
- Record production data and observations accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure production deadlines are met.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Desire to learn soldering and advanced manufacturing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
