Claims Specialist 2

Pay rate range - $20/hr. to $25/hr.
Fully Onsite

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Daily communication with outsourced team in NJ to assist and resolve daily issues and escalations
• Handle internal/external escalations from Service Partners, Field Ops & AR team
• Review requested labor rate with contract and upload the new rates into the system
• Assisting in auditing of warranty claims before warranty closing
• Compile and manage large amount of data from the system
• Prepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc.

Background/Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Good communication skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office (heavy use of excel)
