Key Requirements

Active RN License (Any State)
Minimum 5 years of Operating Room RN experience
Main OR/Intraoperative experience required
Leadership experience such as Charge Nurse, Lead, Preceptor, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, etc.
Joint Commission compliance and survey readiness experience
Emergency preparedness planning experience
Clinical quality and risk management experience

Preferred Qualifications

BSN
CNOR Certification
Large Acute Care Hospital Experience
Multi-Unit Operations Experience
