Full Stack Engineer

The Software Engineer within Corporate Services Technology, supporting the Associate Business Resource Groups (ABRG) project, plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering technology solutions that enable the migration of ABRG data to a scalable, enterprise-grade platform capable of supporting high-volume data, with integrations with HR systems and other API-driven integrations.

• Experience as a Software Engineer supporting enterprise technology platforms in regulated environments.

• Proven expertise in Java with Spring Boot for microservices.

• Proven experience with REST API design, Angular, SQL, and CI/CD.

• Nice to have: knowledge or interest in fundamentals of data warehousing and data modeling, interest in data quality (in terms of troubleshooting issues), and knowledge of Snowflake (for powering reporting dashboards).

• Experience helping with delivery activities such as dependency management, milestone planning, and release readiness.

• Ability to help with planning and coordination activities, including scope definition, sequencing of work, dependency identification, and risk management.

• Strong execution and delivery management skills, tracking progress, managing issues, and supporting on-time delivery of commitments.

• An Agile mindset and ability to support the needs of business partners.

• Analytical skills to assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend solution improvements.

• Knowledge of modern technology concepts such as APIs, integrations, cloud-based platforms, and data flows, and a willingness to learn.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills to align stakeholders, business partners, engineers, and the wider delivery team.

• Ability to balance multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining clarity and predictability.

• Enable the ABRG project to move to a distributed, service-oriented design that is scalable.

• Help adopt automated, API-driven integrations, ensuring real-time, accurate data flow across systems.

• Strengthen collaboration between ABRG, engineering, and business partners by providing clarity, structure, and continuity across initiatives.

• Support scalable, sustainable technology platforms that deliver measurable business value.
