Salary: $92,000–$97,000 Annually

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Lockport, NY!

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an RN with a strong background in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing (SNF) who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care and leading a successful nursing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily nursing operations within an assigned unit.

• Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and nursing staff.

• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure quality clinical outcomes.

• Conduct nursing rounds and monitor resident care standards.

• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing.

• Support staff education, training, and professional development.

• Address resident and family concerns professionally and compassionately.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active New York State RN License – REQUIRED

• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience – REQUIRED

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

• Current CPR certification.

• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills.

• Previous supervisory or unit management experience preferred.
