The strongest candidate is likely to have hands-on HR administrative experience combined with front desk reception, employee onboarding, HRIS systems, and recruiting coordination experience. The most important screening considerations are the explicitly required education/experience pathway, three years of HRIS experience, three years of HR administration and coordination, and three years of ADP HR platform experience.
A particularly competitive candidate would have experience with ADP Workforce, Laserfiche, I-9 and E-Verify processes, employment verifications, wage garnishments, and confidential employee records. Strong organization, communication, technology skills, independent decision-making, and the ability to support multiple HR functions would align well with the role.
Candidates whose backgrounds are limited to general reception or office administration without the specified HRIS, ADP, and HR coordination experience may be less closely aligned. Candidates should also be comfortable working onsite in Tampa, attending an in-person interview, following the business-casual dress code, and completing the stated pre-employment screening requirements.
