Screen Press Operator

Join our team as a Screen Printing/Press Operator! We are located in West Henrietta, NY!

In this role, you'll operate semi-automatic screen presses to print lettering and designs on various substrates. We're looking for someone with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. No prior experience is needed just a willingness to learn and perform your best!

Shift Hours:

1st - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM - Monday - Friday
Pay $19-21/hour based on experience
A and B shift openings

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate screen printing equipment following job specifications.
• Adjust guides, materials, squeegee blades, and ink as required.
• Perform quality checks to identify defects and maintain production standards.
• Clean screens and equipment between jobs and color changes.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety guidelines, and job tickets.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to measure accurately.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills in standardized situations.
• Must be comfortable working in a loud environment and standing for extended periods.
• Manufacturing experience in a print or packaging company preferred
