SMEs Equities / Trading Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive product roadmap for Equities Trading Platforms
• Define and manage features across OMS (Order Management System) and EMS (Execution Management System)
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Lead requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning
• Ensure alignment with program trading strategies and execution workflows
• Work closely with data, risk, and compliance teams for regulatory adherence
• Drive continuous improvement of trading efficiency and performance

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Equities domain
• Hands-on experience with:
  • OMS (Order Management System)
  • EMS (Execution Management System)
• Solid understanding of:
  • Program Trading
  • Trade lifecycle (order creation execution settlement)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies
• Experience with market data systems and FIX protocol
• Exposure to risk and compliance frameworks
