Position Title: Admission Clerk (Certified and Forensic)

• Process admission paperwork before a patient arrives
• Gather prior-stay information for the admitting physician
• Scan documents into the electronic health record and file paper charts
• Provide units with documentation and wristbands
• Answer phones; handle urgent records requests

• 1 year of general office, clerical or administrative experience
• Comfortable with computers, Word, Excel and PDFs

Preferred

• Hospital admissions or medical records experience
