Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Telephony / Genesys Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud), enterprise telephony, contact center architecture, SIP/VoIP technologies, and cloud integrations. The candidate will lead the design, implementation, and Eligible to workimization of enterprise contact center solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, and superior customer experience. IVR Design & Architect Flows

Contact Center Architecture & Routing Strategies
Azure Cloud Experience Preferred Skills
AI/NLP Solutions and Conversational Bots
Omnichannel Contact Center Solutions (Chat, Email, Messaging)
Salesforce Integration
ServiceNow Integration
Microsoft Dynamics Integration
Capacity Planning, QoS, and Performance Eligible to workimization Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and resilient voice/contact center solutions.
• Configure and Eligible to workimize Genesys Cloud CX environments.
• Develop IVR and advanced routing strategies.
• Manage SIP trunking, Clients, and carrier connectivity.
• Build integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Implement AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
• Monitor performance, call quality, and contact center metrics.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural governance.

Experience Required

• 10 years of overall IT experience.
• 4 years of hands-on Genesys Cloud/Contact Center Architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, VoIP, WebRTC, and telephony infrastructure.
