Project Manager - Ivalua

Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $65-70/hr
Location: 100% REMOTE

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-level iValua platform upgrades and large-scale implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience coordinating complex, multi-track technology deliveries. Knowledge of procurement processes and integrations with SAP enterprise systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software upgrades and platform implementations.
• Manage parallel workstreams and staggered rollouts across multiple platform instances.
• Engage senior stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, resolve organizational conflicts, and drive consensus.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues and dependencies, and enforce formal change control processes.
• Coordinate with business platform owners to align project schedules with release calendars, maintenance windows, and business blackout periods.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resources while providing transparent status updates to executive leadership.
• Use project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace to manage schedules, documentation, and progress.
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage integrations between iValua and enterprise ERP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP PO, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• 8+ years of dedicated IT project management or project leadership experience.
• Experience with Ivalua, Source to Pay, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Working experience with SAP ECC or SAP PO.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software upgrades or large-scale platform implementations.
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and communicating risks to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and change control.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, complex delivery schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
