o Newly introduced data can be accurately validated and proven.
• Perform detailed data analysis to isolate and validate specific data sets based on provided direction.
• Confidently report findings, identify anomalies, and propose practical improvements to integration processes and data flows.
• Produce clear, well-structured documentation at multiple levels of technical depth, including:
o Process flows
o Business and technical rules

o Data validation approaches
o Frequencies and timing of integration activities
• Ensure documentation clearly defines user roles, responsibilities, and expectations within each portion of the process to support effective communication and adoption.
Technical Expectations

• Basic and working knowledge of AI tools including Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT.
• Analyze database-level data to support data integrity checks and root-cause investigations.
• The ability to create, review, and debug basic C# and/or Python code used within internal automation tasks, particularly those supporting data movement, validation, or reporting workflows.
• Develop lightweight internal Power BI reports or dashboards, as needed, to summarize findings, trends, and high-level activity metrics related to integration validation.
Required Qualifications
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand complex systems and data flows.
• Prior exposure to relational database schemas and data-driven systems.
• Ability to take direction efficiently and apply it to focused validation and analysis tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience producing clear, usable documentation that supports cross-functional understanding and collaboration.
Desired Attributes
