Work as a part of the kitchen team to prepare for service or cook during service. You will need to be able to communicate with the rest of the team about inventory levels, food quality, and efficiency. Culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Technical proficiency with grill and sauté stations.

Understanding of food safety regulations and health department standards.

Physical stamina to remain active during busy dinner shifts.
