Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend

• Conduct foundational analysis to ensure that business recommendations are supported by comprehensive data research and findings.
• Engage in the Data Science & Analytics functional area.
• Review data to enhance effectiveness and predict outcomes, aiding in the development of business intelligence.
• Coordinate data collection and create reports using existing business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Perform strategic reviews of both structured and unstructured data related to global real estate markets and asset operations.
• Support the development of data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information for insights generation.
• Identify essential data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical analysis.
• Utilize programming and evaluation tools, including open-source software, to design models and extract insights.
• Apply modeling and optimization techniques to enhance business performance.
• Create ad-hoc reports by analyzing existing data sources.
• Demonstrate rigor and judgment in presenting detailed data narratives to business units.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of existing data sources.
• Collaborate with agile development teams to provide recommendations and communications for enhancing current or new processes and programs.
• Possess some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical application experience.
• Lead by example, embodying behaviors consistent with company values.
• Focus on the quality of personal work output.
• Operate within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Communicate clearly by exchanging straightforward information, asking questions, and ensuring understanding.

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Preferably holds a Bachelor's Degree with up to 3 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered as an alternative. MCSE and CNE certification are preferred.
• Proficiency in and understanding of global energy units.
• Experience in maintaining data accuracy across units.
• Knowledge of data applications in various energy sectors (Electricity, Oil, Water, Waste).
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to solve standard problems using existing procedures.
• Experience in analyzing information and standard practices to make informed judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
