Booking Representative

Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour + commission

Position Summary

Sparta Networking is hiring Booking Representatives to work with customers who are interested in vacation options and reservations.

You will speak with customers by phone, help them review available packages, answer questions, and assist with completing or updating bookings. This role is a mix of customer service, follow-up, and helping customers move forward when they find an option that works for them.

Previous travel experience is not required. Paid training is provided.

What You Will Handle

• Talk with customers about available vacation options
• Review pricing, dates, promotions, and package details
• Assist with new reservations
• Update existing bookings when needed
• Answer general customer questions
• Follow up with interested customers
• Enter and confirm customer information
• Keep booking notes and account details accurate
• Provide a friendly and professional experience by phone

Available Schedules

• Weekday Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Weekday Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Four-Day Schedule: Saturday to Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekend Part-Time: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Preferred - Not Required

• Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, retail, call centers, front desk, appointment setting, or other customer-facing roles
