Account Manager

Emerge Talent is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance Client's Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. These are all WARM conversations. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their insurance-related inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with clients to identify gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to mitigate risks.
• Provide insurance quotes, prepare proposals, and assist clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs.
• Process new insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms, obtain quotes, and resolve coverage issues.
• Monitor insurance policy expirations and proactively reach out to clients to ensure timely renewals.
• Conduct annual insurance reviews with clients to assess their changing needs and update their coverage accordingly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or an Account Manager position.
• Prior insurance experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues and concerns with professionalism and tact.
