15+ years of experience in F&O (Finance module) and CE/CRM (Field Service) implementations as a functional consultant
Functional understanding of Finance, Field Service and Sales processes
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops with finance and CE/CRM stakeholders
Strong ability to conduct discovery, fit-gap and roadmap recommendations
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs aligned with global templates
Strong consulting experience/background executing discovery workshops, assessments and platform selection workshops
