Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to a team of developers in embedded networking, enhancing their capabilities in C and Linux, and increasing productivity through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews in C and Linux environments, establishing quality assurance processes and performance optimization techniques to ensure the successful delivery of complex embedded networking solutions.
- Ensure process compliance within the assigned module by participating in technical discussions and reviews, acting as a consultant for feasibility studies, evaluating technical alternatives, assessing architectural risks, and contributing to project estimations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to embedded systems projects, preparing and submitting status reports to minimize risks and facilitate timely resolution of escalations.
- Strong understanding of embedded networking principles and technologies.
- Proficient in C programming and Linux operating systems.
- Solid experience in software development lifecycle and coding standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
