Pay Range: $(26.05 27.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits
Job Description:
Expected contract length: 3 months from start date
Team details & who they will work with: Supporting several VPs in NA Brand Merchandising Direct
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum required years of experience: 3 YOE as an Admin for Senior leaders
Education requirements: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Must have skills:
Outlook and Concur, calendar management and expense management, travel management - booking travel and accommodation
Supporting multiple VP leaders
Nice to have skills:
Conference room booking and catering
High attention to detail, proactive, comfortable with asking question
Previous client/industry experience preference: Yes
