Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join a busy healthcare team in East Norriton, PA. This is a full-time contract opportunity offering $21/hour for someone who enjoys supporting patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and prepare them for examinations
• Take and document patient histories and vital signs
• Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians and nurses during procedures
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Perform basic lab tests and administer medications as directed
• Support front-office operations including scheduling and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
CMA, RMA, or similar certification is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures
