Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain master data elements in sIDMa, SAP/ECC, and OMP.
• Conduct impact analyses and feasibility studies for change requests.
• Perform technical assessments and initiate system changes.
• Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Develop and adjust master data work instructions.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to new data analysts.
• Participate in initiatives to improve master data processes.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with departments such as Planning, Operations, and Quality Assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in the healthcare or FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in data processing systems, especially SAP.
• Knowledge of production and lab processes and GxP requirements.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
