Job Description & Responsibilities:

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an Associate Designer to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in [JOB LOCATION].

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and proposals.
• Support the design team in various stages of the design process, including research, ideation, and execution.
• Maintain and organize project files and design assets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
