SharePoint Technical Support Specialist 410

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled professional with experience in SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 tools. This role will support the design, management, security, and optimization of SharePoint for enterprise document management.

This position plays a key role in modernizing file storage, improving accessibility, and supporting long-term governance.

• Support integration of SharePoint with the Client Hub and other Microsoft 365 tools
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide user support
• Assist with user training and adoption of SharePoint tools and best practices
• Provide day-to-day support for document access, workflows, and system functionality

• Experience with SharePoint Online administration
• Strong knowledge of permissions, security, and document management
• Experience with file migration strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps
• PowerShell experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and support skills

• Experience with large-scale migrations or system implementations
• Knowledge of data governance, records retention, and document control
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, or system documentation
