Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Engineer to support a mission-critical platform. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying secure and scalable software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy new features for the platform.
- Improve and maintain existing systems.
- Ensure software is scalable, secure, and high-quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with system architects and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and documenting scalable software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Apache NiFi for managing data flows.
- Experience with Elasticsearch for data analytics and search.
- Proficiency with Docker for containerized development and deployment.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Understanding of government reporting and data warehouse platforms.
