Navra Education is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher or Education Specialist for a school-based RSP opportunity in Northern California’s beautiful foothills region. Specific school and location details will be shared during the screening process.

What You’ll Do

• Manage an RSP caseload and provide specialized academic instruction
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliant IEPs
• Deliver targeted individual and small-group instruction
• Track student progress and adjust supports based on data
• Coordinate assessments, documentation, and IEP meetings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, administrators, and related-service providers
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
• Promote student independence and success in the least restrictive environment

What You’ll Need

• Active California Education Specialist Credential
• Mild to Moderate Support Needs authorization or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, and progress monitoring
• Effective collaboration and classroom-management skills
• RSP or school-based special education experience preferred
• SEIS experience is a plus
