About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, and supporting production operations through inventory analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and bin location verification.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies within ERP systems.
• Analyze inventory transactions and movements to identify root causes of variances.
• Generate weekly inventory reports and communicate findings to business leaders and management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Control, Cycle Counting, and Warehouse Operations.
• Experience investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• GED or High School Diploma required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle ERP experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations.
