Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support the planning and execution of a large, cross-functional Workday implementation. This role will manage the day-to-day mechanics of the project, ensuring that project plans, meetings, decisions, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and action items remain organized and progressing.
The ideal candidate will have extensive project management or project-delivery experience and experience supporting Workday or another large enterprise SaaS implementation. This opportunity is well suited for an early-career project manager who has strong delivery fundamentals and is ready to take greater ownership of a complex enterprise project while working alongside senior program leaders, functional owners, technical teams, and implementation partners.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Project management or closely related project-delivery experience.
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Experience managing project documentation, status reporting, risks, issues, and action items.
Strong meeting facilitation and follow-up skills.
Enterprise SaaS / Technology Implementations
Experience supporting complex, cross-functional technology or enterprise SaaS implementations.
Experience coordinating multiple functional and technical workstreams.
Ability to work with internal teams, external implementation partners, and software vendors.
Experience supporting Workday implementations, deployments, or major Eligible to workimization initiatives is preferred.
