Title: Desktop Support Tech I 
Location: Kansas City, KS 66160
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: 8 hours | Days | 0800-16:30 | Monday-Friday

Pay Range: $20 - $22/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month  
• Holiday Requirement: Required as needed in schedule rotation
• Floating Requirement: none  
• On Call Requirement: none
• Experience Requirement: 1-3 years IT experience  

Experience Preferred:

• Previous Desktop experience
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and upgrading computer equipment
• Experience documenting service tickets and working within established SLAs
• Experience providing basic technical training to end users. 1-3 years' experience.
