Coordinate resolution with the responsible Oracle, client, or third-party team and escalate unresolved risks.7. Formal integration signoff: Obtain and record signoff for each in-scope integration from the designated approvers, supported by approved designs, completed testing, reconciliation evidence, and resolved defects or formally accepted exceptions. Maintain a consolidated signoff tracker.8. Go-live and stabilization: Lead integration readiness tracking and support cutover and go-live activities for all in-scope integrations. Coordinate deployment sequencing, production connectivity and schedules, smoke testing, reconciliation, monitoring, issue resolution, and transition to support within the agreed project scope.Required skills: Senior-level, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM integration implementation experience; experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), inbound and outbound interfaces, data mapping, reconciliation, error handling, and integration security; strong FDD writing and review skills; demonstrated leadership of cross-system testing, defect resolution, approvals, and production deployment; and strong client communication and stakeholder coordination.
