AEM Developer

Skills Required:
Java, Apache Sling, JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML5, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), Adobe Suite

Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience in AEM development, including components, templates, workflows, and DAM • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (React or Angular) • Experience with Java, Sling, and OSGi in an AEM context • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Additional Information:
HYBRID SCHEDULE: 4 days a week in the office in Dearborn, 1 day a week from home. Fully remote is NOT AN OPTION for this position. Candidate must be located near the Metro Detroit area and able to begin commuting by the start date.
