Job Title: Senior Level Cost Controller

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Work Arrangement: Hybrid preferred; remote candidates considered

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Level Cost Controller to support CAPEX-related activities. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Brooklyn Park, MN and available to work onsite three days per week. Remote candidates will also be considered, provided they can travel to Brooklyn Park for the first week of onboarding and have availability to travel approximately once per month to meet with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cost control and financial management activities for CAPEX projects.

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, commitments, expenditures, and variances.

• Provide accurate and timely cost reporting to project and leadership teams.

• Identify cost risks, trends, and potential budget impacts.

• Partner with project managers, finance, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure effective cost management.

• Support forecasting, financial analysis, and project cost reporting.

• Perform other responsibilities outlined in the applicable RFP.
