Location: Austin, TX (Onsite 3 days: Mon, Tue, Thu | Remote 2 days: Wed, Fri)

Requirements (Must-Have):
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX, 3 days per week.
- 12 years of experience as a Business Architect or in a similar strategic role.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects (12 years).
- Strong experience with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture), including State Self-Assessments (SS-A) (12 years).
- Advanced business modeling expertise in BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, and knowledge of enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF (10 years).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- 12 years of experience with Health and Human Services (HHS) systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP).
- 10 years of experience in government or public sector projects.
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Certifications such as CBAP, TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
- Master's degree (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze current-state business processes and design improved future-state processes.
- Create and maintain business architecture deliverables such as process models (BPMN), data models, capability models, and organizational models.
- Work with leadership, business units, IT teams, and partners to define and validate business requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Translate business strategy into clear requirements and functional specifications.
- Recommend innovative solutions using new technologies to achieve strategic goals.
