About this job
Job Description
Our Client's Enterprise Technology & Business Platforms team is seeking an experienced Program Manager (contract) to lead the technology workstreams of post-acquisition integration. You'll own integration planning and execution across IT Operations & Infrastructure, Business Applications, and Data & Analytics Engineering, ensuring acquired companies are brought onto our systems, platforms, and processes on time and with minimal disruption to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own the end-to-end technology integration plan, interim-state operations, and target-state cutover
- Coordinate across three workstreams: IT Ops/Infra (identity, endpoints, network, security tooling), Business Applications (ERP, CRM, HR, finance systems), and Data & Analytics Engineering (data migration, pipelines, reporting consolidation)
- Run cross-functional working sessions, manage dependencies and sequencing, and drive decisions to closure
- Track risks, issues, budget, and milestones; report status to integration leadership and executive sponsors
- Partner with corporate development/IMO, HR, finance, and security on due diligence findings and integration requirements
- Establish repeatable playbooks and templates so future integrations run faster
Requirements:
- 7+ years of technical program management, with at least 2–3 M&A integrations led end to end
- Working fluency across infrastructure, enterprise applications, and data platforms — enough to challenge estimates and spot gaps
- Strong stakeholder management with both engineering teams and executives
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and compressed timelines
- Nice to have: experience integrating SaaS companies; familiarity with identity consolidation (e.g., Okta), ERP/CRM migrations, and cloud data platforms
Benefits: Bee Talent Solutions offers a competitive benefits package for eligible full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional details regarding eligibility and plan offerings will be provided during the interview and onboarding process.
