Key Responsibilities:

• Own strategic new logo acquisition across Michigan-based mid-market and enterprise customers
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving AI platforms, GenAI agents, and enterprise AI services
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and VPs of Engineering
• Position Sanciti AI as a core enterprise AI platform across SDLC automation and testing ecosystems
• Orchestrate internal stakeholders (pre-sales, product, delivery, executive leadership) to close transformational deals
• Develop account entry strategies, whitespace analysis, and long-term expansion plans
• Meet or exceed aggressive annual quota targets with disciplined forecasting
• Mentor mid-level business development professionals and contribute to Michigan go-to-market strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10–15+ years of enterprise new business development experience in AI, IT services, or SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated track record of closing $1M–$10M+ deals
• Strong understanding of GenAI, agentic AI, SDLC automation, and AI-driven testing
• Executive presence with the ability to sell vision, value, and outcomes
• Experience selling proprietary platforms or IP-led services strongly preferred
• Established Michigan enterprise relationships are a strong advantage
