- Validate end-to-end Unqork workflows, modules, data models, UI components, data workflows, and dashboard behavior.
- Test multi-step business processes, conditional rules, dynamic validations, calculations, and decision logic.
- Test third-party API integrations using REST/JSON services and validate request/response payloads through Postman or equivalent tools.
- Validate DocuSign integrations including envelope creation, recipient routing, signing flow, callbacks/webhooks, status synchronization, and signed document retrieval.
- Validate PDF templates, prefill mappings, generated document formatting, automated document generation, and downstream document storage/retrieval.

- Validate configuration updates driven by Config Analysis Reports, including updated modules, workflow references, schema fixes, deprecated components, and post-update regression impact.
- Perform data validation across workflow stages, including field mapping, persistence, transformation, and reconciliation with backend data sources.
- Log detailed defects with clear reproduction steps, expected/actual results, screenshots, test data, severity, and business impact.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, product owners, and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Support troubleshooting and production issue analysis by reproducing defects, validating fixes, and confirming regression impact.
- Maintain QA documentation including test plans, traceability matrix, test execution reports, defect metrics, and release sign-off notes.
Required Skills
- 7 years of overall QA experience with strong functional, integration, regression, and system testing exposure.
- Hands-on experience testing Unqork applications, including modules, workflows, data workflows, forms, dashboards, and environment promotions.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodology, sprint-based delivery, and QA governance.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON payloads, integration patterns, and API validation using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience testing DocuSign or similar eSignature workflows, including envelope lifecycle and callback/status validation.
- Experience validating PDF generation, prefill mapping, document workflows, and data-driven document outputs.
- Strong knowledge of test case design, requirement traceability, defect lifecycle, test execution reporting, and release readiness validation.
- Experience validating RBAC, audit logging, enterprise security controls, data protection, and sensitive data handling.
- Experience with SQL or backend data validation techniques for verifying workflow data and integration outcomes.
- Working knowledge of automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent automation frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
