Job Title: Program Manager – User Trials

Job Description:
Manage multiple parallel user-trial programs for new products and services, including smartphones, gadgets, and IoT devices, before market launch. Recruit and engage employee participants (dogfooding), coordinate trial logistics, collect feedback through meetings and surveys, analyze user experience data, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to improve products.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute user-trial programs, timelines, logistics, and participant engagement.

• Recruit and manage diverse employee participants and maintain regular communication.

• Collect and analyze user feedback, identify trends, usability issues, bugs, and performance risks.

• Prioritize and communicate issues to stakeholders and track resolution with development teams.

• Monitor program metrics and deliver actionable insights to product teams.

• Manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and tight deadlines; collaborate with global teams in China and Brazil, with occasional early/late hours.

Required Qualifications:

• College degree and experience in Project Management or Research.

• Strong project planning, organization, multitasking, and execution skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong analytical skills in user feedback analysis and actionable insights.

• Passion for technology, smartphones, gadgets, and IoT; strong attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work occasional early/late hours.
