Perform CICS region administration, startup/shutdown, and system monitoring.

Troubleshoot CICS system and transaction-related issues.
Support CICS upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and system refreshes.
Work with z/OS, JCL, JES2, SMP/E, RACF, and system utilities.
