IT - Data Analyst

***ACTUAL JOB TITLE - ANALYST QUALITY CONTROL AND ANALYTICS

Reason for request: The temporary Analyst Quality Control & Analytics is needed to support a growing volume of reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis work that has exceeded the current team s capacity. Our internal resources are fully allocated to ongoing business-critical initiatives and do not have the bandwidth to take on additional analytical tasks without risking delays to key deliverables. This role will provide essential support in dashboard development for our executive approvals, and large scale data processing to ensure accurate and timely insights for leadership. The assignment cannot be completed by existing staff due to current workload constraints and the need for focused analytical support over the next several months. Bringing in a temporary resource will allow the team to maintain operational excellence while continuing to advance priority projects.
