Experience Designer Lead - Contractor

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with other designers and developers to create simplified user experiences and customer journeys across our digital experiences.
• Attend weekly team reviews with the product team, understand requirements and work within deadlines to deliver.
• Review experiences with design leadership after product approval and work to ensure the experience is designed as reviewed by legal, risk and compliance partners.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• Ability to align to leadership needs and expectations
• 10 years' experience
• Native Mobile Applications
• Expert-level Figma experience- 6yrs
• Project management skills/self management
