Senior .NET Technical Lead Full Stack (Angular, SQL/MongoDB)

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with 10 years of expertise in ASP.NET, Reactor Angular (preferred), SQL, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in leading development teams, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring code quality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Design and architect scalable and robust software solutions using the .NET framework.
• Develop and code software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality assurance, to ensure software quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, trends, and best practices, recommending their adoption where applicable.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their professional growth.
• Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10 years of experience in ASP.NET, Reactor Angular (preferred), SQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience in leading and managing .NET development teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
