Westchester County, NY - 5 days p week onsite
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00/hr

We are seeking a Desktop Support/Deployment professional to join a fast paced IT Support Team. You will be be apart of the Corporate Support Group handling deskside support and equipment deployment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• IT onboarding for new hires: account creation in Active Directory,
  Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including licensing and group
  access
• Device setup and deployment: imaging, enrollment and configuration
  of desktops, laptops, mobile devices
• Hardware troubleshooting, repair and replacement
• Conference room support: displays, cameras, audio and meeting-room systems
• Basic Microsoft Intune tasks: enrolling devices, checking
  compliance, deploying apps, first-level troubleshooting
• Working tickets through to resolution and documenting what was done

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on desktop support, with real hardware experience
• Active Directory user administration and Microsoft 365 basics
• Windows 10/11 imaging and deployment
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with end users
