Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Oracle EBS applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Finance, Procurement, Projects modules and have a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management. Have a very good understanding of retail domain and Finance systems associated with it.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead Oracle EBS Financials design, configuration, implementation, and support activities.
· Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
· Configure and support Financials modules including GL, AP, FA, PO & PA.
· Conduct fit-gap analysis and drive process optimization using Oracle best practices.
· Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and solution documentation.
· Support SIT, UAT, deployments, and post-production stabilization.
· Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, customizations, and data conversions.
· Support month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
· Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
· Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation efforts.
· Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, and financial control requirements.
· Support Oracle EBS upgrades, enhancements, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
· 10 years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience.
· Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x environment.
· Strong expertise in one or more Oracle EBS modules:
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Fixed Assets (FA)
o Cash Management (CM)
o Purchasing (PO)
o Inventory (INV)
o Projects (PA)

· Experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
· Strong understanding of Oracle EBS integrations and reporting solutions.
· Experience supporting month-end and year-end business processes.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
