DSP Supervisor – Mid-Level
Location: Commack, NY
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mid-Level DSP Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support Direct Support Professionals in providing quality care.
Schedule:

• Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: Off

Pay Rate:

• $24.00 – $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support DSP staff during assigned shifts
• Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and timekeeping
• Support budgeting and cost control efforts
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and care standards
• Provide leadership, guidance, and problem-solving support

Qualifications:

• Previous DSP and supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules and assist with budgeting
