Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.
Experience configuring Conditional Access, device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security policies.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
Experience managing device enrollment, application deployment, policy configuration, and device lifecycle management.
Strong troubleshooting skills for enrollment, synchronization, policy deployment, and device compliance issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience preparing technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer to IT teams.
