Computer Support Specialist (On-site)

Our client is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot technology issues, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, communicates clearly, and can manage competing support requests.

• Provide technical assistance to users by phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Actively monitor and resolve tickets submitted through the JIRA ticketing system.
• Install, set up, and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
• Document technical problems, resolutions, and user guides for future reference.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in Information Technology and Customer Service.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, management systems, information technology, or cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root causes of technical issues.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage tasks, prioritize requests, and maintain detailed documentation.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
