Digital Marketing Specialist Eloqua
Location : Manhattan, NY (On-site 4 days a week)
Salary : $120,000 $135,000

Must have the following

• Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns in a marketing automation platform like Eloqua integrated with a CRM. Eloqua experience is a must to be considered for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Design, or a related field
• 3 5 years of hands-on digital marketing execution, ideally in-house or corporate
• Proficiency in an enterprise web CMS (Liferay or similar) and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including cross-client email and mobile compatibility, is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) or similar
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and cross-browser development best practices
• Portfolio of website and digital campaign work (required)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Bank's public website for accuracy, accessibility, and user experience
• Build and deploy landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and other digital content
• Run, optimize, and troubleshoot integrated campaigns in Eloqua, Oracle CX Sales, and Liferay
• Act as the Liferay CMS subject matter expert, providing governance, training, and user support
• Track website and campaign performance, report results, and recommend improvements to open, click, and response rates
• Gather and refine content with Marketing, Member Business, and other internal teams
• Manage digital and technology vendors and track website budget spend
• Handle ad hoc design requests and research new tools to improve outreach

Preferred

• Financial services or banking experience
• JavaScript familiarity
• Figma and UX/UI design experience
• WordPress and SEO experience
• Master's degree or related certifications
